A passionate pastry chef who was born and raised in Illinois, Susan grew up watching her mother bake, inspiring her to start. That being the beginning of her journey, kept her baking for her family & friends.
With cakes being baked traditionally, Susan baked something special for every season - the blueberry pie baked with fresh, handpicked blueberries from the farms in Chicago, her favorite carrot cake that she believed was the perfect dessert for every occasion and the pecan pie made from Georgia’s finest pecans, infused with her secret family-inherited recipe.

Susan bakes in Dubai!
It is the entire team’s dream to bring the best American baked goods in the busy and bustling city of Dubai. The expansion means not only that our humble business is growing but most importantly, that we are able to honor the mothership of this endeavor, Susan.
We have always been so proud of the menu we put out in the market. From the classic strawberry and blueberry cheesecakes to people-favorite American Pecan Pie (which is our best selling, by the way), we couldn’t be more excited to bring these amazing desserts closer to you.
We will announce our opening date on Facebook and Instagram so follow us to be informed as soon as the news gets out.
